A propane-butane tanker-truck has overturned on the Trakiya highway in the city of Plovdiv. The propane-butane tanker-truck was empty when it overturned early in the morning today but although empty it still closed the Trakiya highway for a period.
The truck overturned at 3:30am today, Wednesday 17th August, on the outskirts of the city of Plovdiv some 130 kilometres down the Trakiya highway. The 39 year old truck driver was injured as the truck overturned but reports suggest it was only minor injuries.
The truck in question was travelling from Sofia to Stara Zagora.
The highway was reopened to traffic in the morning after the truck was removed from the Trakiya highway.
