Economy Costing Jobs
Much like the rest of Europe and the World, Bulgaria has suffered over 2011 at the hands of a poor economy, this economic downturn has not only cost business, but also hundreds of thousands of people jobs. The job market is bare and the potential of finding new jobs in Bulgaria is quite scarce, if you are currently in a job then there would be no chance of looking into the job market as security is paramount at the moment.
2012 looks to be a pivotal year in the economy of Europe and its impact closer to home in Bulgaria. In the last three years since 2009, just after the economic bubble burst due to the sub prime mortgage market in the United States, it has been reported that 300,000 people across Bulgaria have lost their jobs.
The current job market is that bad that many people who are currently unemployed wish to work but have given up on finding a job as the job market simply doesnt have any jobs available to fulfil the growing demand of unemployed workers.
