Police in Razgrad were a little surprised in the early hours yesterday morning when they stopped a man driving a hearse to find he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
At ten minutes past minute on Wednesday 17th August Police stationed near the ring road in Razgrad stopped the hearse and quickly ascertained that the driver had been drinking. The Police proceeded to carry out an alcohol Breathalyzer test which resulted in the driver being over the drink drive limit.
The 55 year old hearse driver was arrested after providing a positive alcohol specimen as he had a concentration of 1.43% alcohol in his blood.
