Heat Code Yellow in Bulgaria

The National Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH) in Bulgaria have declared that there is likely to be a spike in temperatures across nine of the districts in the country. The districts in question are Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik and Blagoevgrad.

The anticipated temperatures are going to hit around 34 Celsius to 36 Celsius in the districts concerned and because of this the government has raised its code level to yellow.

By bringing the level to code yellow it shows that the government is concerned about the temperature levels and wants to ensure the people in the districts of Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Plovdiv, Pazardzhik and Blagoevgrad take notice of the increased temperatures.
