Carvalho Sent to Plovdiv From Levski

Levski had bought Basile de Carvalho from Lokomotiv Plovdiv as a way of cover for the outgoing Garra Dembele, but almost eight days into his big move to Levski Carvalho found himself being sent back to Lokomotiv Plovdiv without even kicking a football once in a match.

The deal was broken by Levski after they found a medical issue to be alot worse than first thought when they made the deal with Lokomotiv Plovdiv for the player.

Carvalho has been suffering with a shoulder issue for some time, something Levski were aware of but thought was a simple issue, that was until they found that Carvalho needs an operation and wont be able to play until the operation has been done and the injury healed.

Levski were able to return Carvalho to Lokomotiv Plovdiv as they had not signed a contract with him yet as they were awaiting medical sign off before doing so.
