Retail Park Plovdiv, the retail park found in the city of Plovdiv, has been acquired by the firm Europa Capital.
Landmark Property Management who are the current owners of Retail Park Plovdiv have agreed with Europa International for Europa International to take control of Retail Park Plovdiv.
Retail Park Plovdiv is a reatil park that contains over 25,000 square metres of retail space. The park was only built in the last three years and currently hboasts huge brand names such as Baumax, Deichman Shoes and Sport Depot among others. The park is found in the wider Plovdiv city region, close to the Trakia complex area.
The cost to Europa Capital to acquire Retail Park Plovdiv is believed to be in the region of twenty million Euros.
The Chairman of the Europa Emerging Europe Fund who are partners of Europa International, said of the aquisition: “We are delighted to have secured our first asset in Bulgaria, which represents a quality investment with a strong tenant roster.”
